TROUBLESHOOTING ORDERING
Can’t submit order: most likely, something in your cart is out of stock. Identify item, remove it from your cart, and then try again to submit your order.
Can’t submit order: it is possible your credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay account needs attention.
Can’t submit order: if you have created an account, try logging out and placing an order as a guest. Then create a new login/password combo for next time.
Sorry for any inconvenience and/or frustration you may feel! Please try the above tips, as we CANNOT process emailed orders. We have to get your order through our online store in order to get you produce.
MISSED PICKUP POLICY
If you place an order and forget to pick it up or something comes up, you have two options. You may send someone to pick it up in your place, or you may come out to our farm on Thursday to pick it up, just let us know before you come. Once you tell us you’re coming to Clark Fork, we’ll leave your bag in a cooler by our parking area.
how to order produce
Our winter online produce market is open to anyone, no commitment.
CREDIT CARD PRE-ORDERS ONLY for local pick up
Click the “order produce” button. Do you see a blank screen? That is because our online store is only open Saturdays 9am through Sundays 5pm. We update it on Saturday with what we have available that week. If you join our email list, you’ll receive an email each week prompting you to order!
When you order, you will be prompted to choose a pick up location: Bluebird Bakery Sandpoint, Sandpoint Library (employees only) or Annie’s Orchard Clark Fork. All pick ups are on Wednesdays.
Pay with a credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay, then check your email for a confirmation. If you don't receive a confirmation email, your order did not go through. Be sure to check your spam/promotions/social/junk folder. If it’s not there, you can try again; you weren't charged!
You will receive an order pickup reminder on the day of pickup. Sandpoint Library employees’ produce will be delivered by 3:30pm on WEDNESDAYS. Bluebird Bakery customers can pick up between 4:00 and 5:30pm (please don’t arrive before 4:00. We need time and space to set up). Annie’s Orchard customers can pick up between 3:00 and 6:00pm.
